Get ready to dance!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t worry, vegetarians \u2013 the yuca and rice are also outstanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lech\u00f3n&nbsp;means roasted whole pork, cooked for hours over hot coals or an open flame, so that the skin gets crispy while the meat remains tender and juicy.
